Tolga Ergönenç, MD

Dr. Ergönenç is an anesthesiologist specializing in ultrasound-guided interventions and musculoskeletal sonography. He has over 20 years of experience in ultrasound-guided procedures and has been actively involved in teaching and organizing international workshops on the subject. Since joining Sakarya University Education and Research Hospital in 2006, he has played a role in developing pain medicine service, including founding the SUERH Korucuk Campus Intensive Care Unit and the Akyazı Pain Center. His approach to pain management integrates pharmacotherapy, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, and interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists from various fields. Dr. Ergönenç has been invited to numerous international conferences and workshops, where he has presented on topics related to pain medicine, regional anesthesia, musculoskeletal ultrasonography and medical ozone therapy.
